I was raised on the Jersey Shore, made tough in Boston and moved out to LA during Christmas time in 2010. The original plan was to make it to the big time in the music industry and then, WHAM! I found myself, in a bottle of locally brewed craft beer.
While working hard to fund all of my life’s goals in restaurants and bars, I never realized that I belonged there! Food and drink has always been my specialty and I’m happy to say that I no longer run from it. I currently work as a bartender, a home brewer, a bar consultant for Los Angeles restaurants and the go-to girl for help getting reservations in this city. I’m happy to bring recipes, cocktails and tips for dining out to QLC.
