Fitness Friday: Tabatas!


The past few weeks we’ve been giving you tips on different exercise moves to help spice up your routine, and today we are bringing them all together! Ever heard of a Tabata?

Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format:

  • 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise (e.g., sprints)
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes

Try a few of your favorite moves in this format, or follow along with Dave below!
