Fitness Friday: At Work Stretching

Desk jobs… not uncommon for quarter-lifers! And we bet you aren’t getting in your daily dose of stretching. Here are a few tips for some quick and easy stretches you can do anywhere! Try to do these a few times a day to loosen up those limbs.
