Let’s face it, as we get older, it’s just harder to lose weight. BUT, as we get older, we also realize that losing weight doesn’t necessarily have to be this horrible uphill battle that forces us to give up all of our favorite foods, good or bad. It can be a simple lifestyle change that allows us to just be smarter about the foods we put in our body. And here at QLC, we want to help make those lifestyle changes for you as fun and easy as possible.
Today I will give you a lesson in “cooking” a healthier version of one of my personal favorites, chocolate pudding.
