Drink of the Week: Rockabilly Juice

url-8

Let us guess. You’ve gotten yourselves all in the 1950’s spirit, you’re doing your Jitterbug, your Twist … but you have absolutely nothing to drink! Resident mixologist to the rescue!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Sailor Jerry
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Orange Curacao (you can buy Curacao, or make your own by mixing equal parts simple sugar and orange liqueur)
  • Black iced tea
Stir ingredients, with ice, in a tall* glass. Top with black iced tea.

*I dig my Rockabilly Juice in a mason jar, but a tall glass with ice works all the same! Rave on, hip cats!
